I grew up in Batavia my whole life too - and if you ever wanted to see a movie, you had to drive 20 minutes to Tinseltown in Gates. Now that I've lived in Rochester for about 5 years - I look back and see Batavia has more than I thought when I was in high school - but a city Batavia's size should have a movie theatre. They did just get a Target though and there is more expansion on the way from what I've heard. I concur with the last comment. Maybe my friends and I take it all for granted, but we think that Batavia is boring with a capital 'B'. We even don't have a respectable movie theatre or shopping mall... Hi Terry!
