Saturday morning we’ll roll into The Lilac Festival once again to raise as much money as possible for The Ronald McDonald House’.  We have 2 you know, one at 333 Westmoreland Dr and 1 atop the PICU at The Golisano Children’s Hospital at Strong Memorial.  Have you ever seen our Ronald McDonald House?  It’s big and yellow and warm and  for many people whose lives are in a complete state of chaos, it’s home.    Chaos…that is the state of mind that each and every family walks into the House with…a blank stare, fear, pure and simple.  My child is fighting for his/her life and I don ‘t know where to turn.  For 21 years we have dedicated at least a day, if not more, to raising money for this incredible organization.  Big deal.  Here is the real headliner, you have been there, right along side us, every step of the way.  We are nearing the 500,000.00 mark, hope to surpass it this weekend and with your help we will.  Come see us, we are along the walkway that leads to the vendor area near the main stage at the festival, call us, we are on the other end of 424-HELP (424-4357) or go to wbee.com and donate through our website.  Thank you for 21 years of generous support, you may never know the important role you have played in the lives of others, you are an angel…pure and simple and I thank you.
